DRY NEEDLING
Dry needling is a therapeutic technique that uses thin, sterile needles inserted into trigger points—tight or knotted muscles—to relieve pain, improve mobility, and promote healing. Unlike acupuncture, which is based on traditional Chinese medicine, dry needling focuses on releasing muscle tension and stimulating the body's natural repair processes. It’s commonly used by athletes, including climbers, to speed up recovery, reduce muscle tightness, and enhance performance.

GRASTON/IASTM
Graston (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization) is a manual therapy technique that uses specially designed stainless steel instruments to detect and treat areas of soft tissue restriction or injury. By gently gliding the tools over muscles, tendons, and fascia, practitioners can break down scar tissue, reduce inflammation, and promote better tissue mobility. Often used by athletes, including climbers, Graston helps speed up recovery, relieve pain, and restore proper movement patterns for improved performance.

THERAPEUTIC EXERCISE
Therapeutic exercise involves structured, targeted movements designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and overall function. These exercises are prescribed to help reduce pain, restore mobility, and prevent future injury by addressing specific physical limitations or imbalances. Whether recovering from an injury, managing chronic conditions, or enhancing athletic performance, therapeutic exercise is a key component in building resilience and maintaining long-term health.
